Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 21, 2026

1. The "Irretrievability of Time" Principle

At Shuchit Infotek, we provide bespoke professional services including website architecture, SEO engineering, and digital strategy. Our billing is fundamentally based on the allocation of expert time and intellectual labor.

  • Finality of Labor: Since time once spent cannot be recovered or "restocked," all payments made to Shuchit Infotek are strictly non-refundable.
  • Commitment of Resources: Upon receipt of payment, we immediately reserve man-hours and technical infrastructure for your project, denying other potential clients those resources. Therefore, the "No Refund" policy is absolute.

2. No-Refund Mandate

  • Zero Refunds: Under no circumstances — including but not limited to project cancellation, change of mind, internal restructuring of the Client's business, or dissatisfaction with third-party platform results (e.g., Google/Meta) — will a refund or credit be issued.
  • All Sales are Final: By making a payment, the Client acknowledges that the service is "consumed" as it is produced.

3. Cancellation & Termination

  • Termination by Client: The Client may request to stop a project at any time via written notice; however, Shuchit Infotek will retain 100% of all fees paid. No partial refunds will be provided for "unused" portions of a project phase.
  • Outstanding Dues: Upon termination, any work performed up to that date that exceeds the initial deposit will be invoiced immediately and must be paid as per our MSME-protected payment terms.
  • Termination for Cause: Shuchit Infotek reserves the right to terminate services due to Client breach (e.g., non-payment, unethical behavior, or failure to provide materials). In such cases, all fees paid are forfeited by the Client.

4. Project Stagnation & Abandonment

  • Client Delays: If a project remains stalled for more than 15 calendar days due to a lack of Client feedback or missing information, the project will be marked as "Completed" in our system.
  • Reactivation Fee: To resume an abandoned or stalled project, a reactivation fee (minimum 20% of the total project value) will be charged to re-allocate team members.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Contractual Breach: Any attempt to initiate a "chargeback" or payment dispute through a bank or credit card provider is a direct breach of this legally binding agreement.
  • Legal Recovery: Shuchit Infotek will defend all chargebacks by providing this signed/accepted policy to the financial institution. We reserve the right to recover legal costs, administrative fees (minimum ₹10,000 / $150 USD), and interest on the disputed amount.

6. International Law Compliance

  • B2B Nature: These terms apply to Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. The Client acknowledges that "Consumer Protection" laws regarding "cooling-off periods" generally do not apply to customized professional service contracts.
  • Pre-paid Requirement: As stated in our Terms of Service, all international accounts are 100% pre-paid, reinforcing the "No-Refund" status prior to the commencement of labor.

7. Force Majeure

Shuchit Infotek is not liable for delays caused by external factors (server outages, API changes by Google/Meta, or natural disasters). No refunds will be issued for delays caused by such events.

8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. For MSME-related payment disputes, Shuchit Infotek reserves the right to approach the MSME Samadhaan council.
